We want you to be completely satisfied with your Poncho Outdoors gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. If your adventure didn't fit quite right, we've made the process of getting a replacement or a refund as simple as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process to ensure your package is tracked.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
